Summary
Route: Exhilarating walk including riverside, a limestone gorge and the classic Peak District ridge with great views.
From Hope we follow a riverside path to Castleton and then climb up the limestone gorge of cave dale and up to the summit of Mam Tor. The views along the ridge across to Kinder and Hope Valley are fantastic. We then descend from the summit of Lose Hill back to Hope.
This walk can only proceed with a group of at least 10 walkers.
